Andy Hawbaker is not a Colorado Native but he likes to say "he got here as soon as he could". Andy was born in central Iowa but moved to Colorado in 1996. After some time living in Summit County and Durango, Andy and his family settled in Loveland, CO in 2005. He now lives in Windsor, CO with his wife, two daughters, and two large dogs.

After getting a Bachelor Degree in Business, Andy worked in commercial lending, eventually working his way up to Vice President of a community bank. His passion for helping people and small businesses grow lead to a career in Digital Marketing where he helped countless small businesses with their marketing. In 2020, Andy decided to pursue a long-time interest in Real Estate. He has since helped many people buy and sell homes across Northern Colorado.
